Halloween is without doubt the crazy-est  time in the fancy dress calendar, and this year will be no different. The question on most peoples lips (especially the merchants) will be “what will be the most popular costume for 2009″.

Last year Joker and Hellboy seemed to dominate the sales and many retailers I am sure simply wished they had ordered enough stock, as sales for these costumes rocketed.  Our search stats clearly showed that these costumes remained a popular choice.

So who will be the popular choice this year, will the untimely death of Michael Jackson mean that many of those fans will use this occasion to once again take this opportunity to dress like him.

But will the Michael Jackson Mask be more popular than Michael Myers this year, let me know what you think.
